Cerutti Engineering, company that acts in the city of Maceió since 2001, specifically in the construction of real estate undertakings, it appeared from the determination of its founder, civil engineer Gelson Luiz Cerutti. Graduated in 1986, by Unisinos–University of the valley of Rio of the Bells–São Leopoldo/RS, Cerutti moved to São Carlos/SP to study Master's degree in Engineering of Materials in the Federal University of São Carlos. With vast professional experience, acquired through several projects rendered in the Regiões Sul and Southeast, he arrived in Maceió in 1990 to manage important works such as the Managerial Center Maceió Work Center, the Residential Group Graciliano Ramos, besides several residential buildings of high level as the Balconies of Ponta Verde and others, having the mark today of more than 165 thousand m² of works executed.
