Enterprise gathers the last name in technological sophistication

The technological innovation became the referencial in the competitive real estate market of Alagoas. But it is not just the technology that is establishing the diferencial. Now, the so-called conceptual enterprises are being instruments in the search of that desire object: the consumer.
That confirms what specialists are affirming: the real estate market from Alagoas is among the most modern of Brazil, expressing the progresses verified in the last decade in the segment of the real estate construction.
An example of that tendency is being thrown this week in a partnership among Cerutti Engineering and Meta Empreendimentos. It is a conceptual enterprise, in what the economy of the value of the condominium (maintenance), and the preservation of the environment, they are mischievous to the top of the technological sophistication.
According to Moacyr Brêda, from Meta, it is about the concept of ecological home, in what they try to reduce the permanent resources with the maintenance starting from solutions that benefit the environment. “We are joining not only economical value, but also of behavior”, it is observed by the entrepreneur.
Gelson Cerutti said that researches indicated that the consumer is more and more worried about the cost of the residential condominium. Those costs come from the value of the labor, the water and the electric power.
The search of solutions for that problem, took to a conception defined by him as “solidary”, in other words, the preservation of the environment, mainly in what it is refered to the rational use of the water. Then the name of the enterprise appeared “Grand Lavoisier”, in honor to the celebrated French cientist that studied the processes through which the nature reproduces with the minimum of loss.
More economical
the application of those ideas created a great amount of solutions and equipments of high technology residence, exposed in the stand of sales of Meta/Cerutti in the place of the construction.
The economy of energy begins with an electronic manager in the line of entrance of the building that reduces the consumption in 20%. Intelligent devices of energy, on the other hand, control, for programming, the number of lamps that will be lit in the common areas as the hours move forward.
To complete, solar collectors heat up the water of the showers, eliminating one of the biggest items of expenses of energy. The stairways are illuminated starting from a photo-voltaic system that offers electric power of solar origin.
The economy of water is obtained through selective mechanisms that save 50% in relation to the traditional systems in the sanitary flushes and in the faucets. Besides, there is a system collector of water of the rains, that will be used in the cleaning of the common areas. A well with 200 meters of depth makes Grand Lavoisier self-sufficient in water.
