Building bets in the technology and it receives Master Ademi

Grand Lavoisier Building is the most advanced intelligent building built in Alagoas. With the investments in new technologies that bring economical and environmental advantages, builders Meta Empreendimentos and Cerutti received the Master Prize in the category release of the Year.
Entrepreneur Cerutti, of Cerutti Engineering, affirms that the initiative appeared with the great concern generated by the crises of provisioning that are appearing in the planet. “The researches show future problems in the supply of water and electric power and they prove the need to save”, he explains.
Everything in the Edifício Grand Lavoisier is projected to reduce the expenses. Volumetric Filters that capture the water of the rain exist and they remove sludges, sanitary basins with selective volume that save up to 50% in the cleaning of the discharge, faucets and showers with winders of constant flux that reduce the consumption to the half and a well with station of treatment of water.
To save electric power, the building has electronic managers that optimize the consumption in 20%, systems photo-voltaic that generate energy through the solar light, solar collectors to produce hot water in the showers, intelligent reactors that represent economy of 40% and elevators of last generation that save 30% of energy.“
We are tuned with the world tendency for the construction of buildings with that technological appeal based in the economy and preservation of the environment”, Cerutti stresses.
Reduced costs
According to entrepreneur Moacyr Brêda, from Meta Empreendimentos, with the technology, it was used what there is of more modern without increasing the cost of the construction. Brêda emphasizes that the innovations have the great merit of reducing the cost of the condominium.
For the entrepreneurs of the building, the diferencial of that work is that the costs of use of the new technologies won't be sent to the final customer. “We want our customer to have comfort and welfare without representing a larger price in the purchase of the apartment or rates of the condominium”, Cerutti says.
The revolutions in the technology, in the design and in the consumer's conscience already begin to create market conditions for larger investments with those characteristics. Grand Lavoisier Building is the first of a series of enterprises planned by Meta and Cerutti following that ecological and economical concept.
Sales
The works of Grand Lavoisier Building were already initiated in the street José Sampaio Luz, Ponta Verde. The delivery of the Enterprise is foreseen for December of 2005, but 60% of the sales were already accomplished, with the partnership of real estate Imobili. The prize promoted by the Association of the Companies of the Real estate Market (ADEMI) was also countersigned for publicity agency Duck, for the partnership with builders
Meta and Cerutti.
