A mark is only built with quality and a lot of work

For fifteen years, Gelson Luiz Cerutti, gaucho managed and coordinated labor teams in renowned builders of the country and centers of studies in the area of civil engineering. Formed in civil engineering by UNISINOS, São Leopoldo/RS, since 1988, with master's degree in engineering of materials, in São Carlos/SP's University, Cerutti possesses a curriculum of academic and professional life worthy of a lot of appreciation. With experience in the section and a lot of enthusiasm for the profession, he set up builder Cerutti Engineering that became eminent reference of the section in Alagoas. In partnership with other companies, now Cerutti Engineering is responsible for works in Maceió, considered of high quality, as Bertolucci Building, Montceny Building, Managerial Center Business Tower and Piazza Bella Vista Building. Cerutti received the Magazine of Creci and said:

Which are your perspectives for the building section and forecasts of Cerutti Engineer for 2002?

We always worked with our aim turned to the new options of the market. With that vision, we got to place products for a type of specific buyer. To mention examples: Bertolucci Building, 100% sold; Montceny Building, 85% sold; the managerial center Business Tower, 93% sold; and Piazza Bella Vista Building, with initiate works in the month of abril/2002, is 70% sold. Inside of this vision we are very positive in relation to the market of Alagoas. Our forecast for 2002 is of two new releases. For the 2nd semester of 2002 we will throw the Building Cittá Di Pontremoli, 04 suites, luxury, close to seashore, and still in the 1st semester we will throw in partnership with Meta Empreendimentos, the Building Piazza Di Spangna. (Later it received the name of Grand Lavoisier Building)

Is there any difference among these new releases?

Absolutely. The undertaking Piazza Di Spangna will have some innovations, which are still in study. The undertaking will have a high employed technology level in the construction and a great number of innovations to lower the cost of the condominium, in relation to the consumption of water and energy. With that, we intended to reach a new group of investors.

How is the participation of the real estate broker analyst in the section?

The broker analysts became very professional in the last years. There is a very big concern of the category in offering homes with compatible cost/benefit for the customer. They are a builder's fundamental partners, because with it they are committed with the buyer's satisfaction. Cerutti Engineering is very satisfied with all of its partners.

Talking about partnership, Cerutti Engineering has been obtaining success with its partners. Could you stress some of them?

All the partnerships are fundamental. I can emphasize some: in projects, architects James Passos and Paulo Gusmão. Paulo Gusmão has a syntony and a very happy vision, that gets to capture what the market needs, without any doubt he is a great architect. In the part of my sales great partners they are Miguel Ângelo and César Carvalho of Imobili, extraordinary professionals, with great credibility, with a strong commercial vision and a lot of claw. In the commercial partnership there is a great entrepreneur, Moacyr Brêda, from Meta Enterprises. A professional that joins rare virtues in the managerial branch. He gathers credibility, competence and a lot of positivism. Without any doubt a modern entrepreneur with strategic vision for any market. I also detach two great entrepreneurs with a vision of the front of the market, which I made partnership in the Ambient event Show of Culture and Architecture that happened in the neighborhood of Jaraguá. They are: Lourdinha Lyra, from Ponto e Linha and Anelise from Requinte Banho.

Can buyer's opinion change the original project?

For sure. Particularly, I believe that idealize and new suggestions are always wellcome, once the property should reflect the desires and the customer's needs, personalizing his home. It is important for the builder to be tuned into the consumer's longings, so that he can have a complete satisfaction when it receives his property.
