The delivery of the Master Ademi Prize rewarded, once again, the Business Tower Building, this time as the best Commercial Undertaking of the Year.
In 2000, the work had already deserved from Master the distinction of Best Release of the Year. Those two prominences elevate Business Tower to the category of most winning building in the whole history of Alagoas in the segments managerial, commercial and professional.
The reasons for that are many and they demonstrate that the market in Alagoas–even for the success of sales of Business Tower–it is very receptive to enterprises focused in the customer's true needs.
The entrepreneurs demonstrated a lot of sensibility for not measuring efforts in the sense of endowing Business Tower of every possible technology to assist the demands today and tomorrow of its proprietors.
Technological innovations
In the facades, materials were used highly reflective, allowing a smaller heating of the walls and in consequence a smaller use of the load for the climatization of the rooms.
The use of vertical SHAFT's, linings visited and electric baseboards, besides turning practical the maintenance, has the concern with the future in relation to implantation of new technologies.
Nervured flagstone was accomplished it glides, that allows the use of larger empty spaces between pillars and the inexistence of internal beams, optimizing the modulation of the rooms, because it facilitates the execution of partition walls in any position.
The implantation, later, of the system VOICE NET, that is the most advanced public central assault digital of voice communication.
A shared net was installed, with release of an internal net of cabling structured for use of TCP-IP, that is the access to internet through TELEMAR with quality service and reliability of the largest backbone IP of Latin America, offering high-speed connections.
