Cerutti and Meta conquer Prize Ademi

A party night to the real estate market. Yesterday the delivery of the Máster of the Association of the Companies of the Real estate Market of Alagoas Prize(Ademi/AL)

took place. Every year, companies of the area of the building site of the State and, this time, also the broker analysts of properties, participated of the contest to choose the best enterprises and prominences of the segment.

In the award fourteen were enrolled competitive, looking for the consecration and four categories. The first was for properties up to 90m², the second was for properties from 91m² to 130m², then the ones from 131m² to 180m² and, finally, the properties from 181m² to 250m².

The composition of names of the judging commission was maintained in secret to guarantee the suitability of the prize, but it is known that there were representatives of the Federal University of Alagoas (UFAL), of the Educational Foundation Jaime of Altavila (FEJAL), of the regional Council of Engineering and Architecture of Alagoas (CREA-AL), Regional Council of the Broker analysts of Properties (CRECI-AL), of the Institute of Architects of Brazil (IAB) and of the Municipal Clerkship of Control of the Urban Conviviality of the Municipal City hall of Maceió (SMCCU).

“The evaluation criteria considered the practicability of the projects, the integration with the environment, the technological innovations applied, the way as the enterprises were managed in the media and also in the marketing strategies”, the president of Ademi, Ronald Vasco, affirms.

Among the real estate ones, the competitors are the brokerage offices Márcio Raposo, Zampieri, Conlar and Imobili. Here, the judgement was due to the own associated of Ademi–that accompany the day by day of the work of the broker analysts–and they evaluated the acting in the sales and the readiness in the attendance to the public. It is worth to point out that, according to Ronald Vasco, the segment as a whole obtained good results this year. “There was a growth of 10% in the sale” he says. Nowadays, the broker analysts of properties use about 12 thousand people in the market.

WINNERS

The great winner of the night was the Piazza Bella Vista Building, of builders Cerutti Engineering and Meta Epreendimentos, winner also in the category from 131m² to 180m². They were also winning the enterprises Corbusier–of Empretec in partnership with Teto Planejamento (category 90m2 to 130m²), the building San Diego, from the Contract Engineering (181m² to 250m²). The Residential divided into lots San Nicolas, from Cipesa Engineering. The special prize was for the Building Cittá di Pontremoli, from Cerutti Engineering. The real estate outstanding for the Ademi Prize was Márcio Raposo. In the category up to 90m² there was no winner.
